New Anti-roll Bars for the RC8B3 and RC8T3

Two new sets of thinner anti-roll bars for the RC8B3 series platform. Thinner anti-roll bars lower the roll center on the corresponding end of the car, which can be used as a tuning option for various conditions.

#81129 contains 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2mm front anti-roll bars. #81139 contains 2.2, 2.3, and 2.4mm rear anti-roll bars.
