Michael Paige Takes Truggy and Nitro Buggy at the Midwest Nitro Series Round 1

The 6-track Midwest Nitro Series started its first round at RJD Hobbies & Raceway in East Lincoln, IL. No stranger to intense competition, the talented Team Associated driver Michael Paige entered no fewer than three vehicles in three classes: 1/8 NItro Buggy, 1/8 Electric Buggy, and 1/8 Truggy. 

Michael took part in the 1/8 scale Nitro Buggy class and placed his RC8.2 first in the A-Main.

Michael grabbed TQ honors with his RC8.2e in 1/8 scale Electric Buggy, but broke a dog bone in the main.

Undaunted by the electric buggy mishap, Paige entered his RC8T and finished first in 1/8 Truggy.
